Phil and Celeste Pafford began the recovery center after working with addicts who have hit their rock bottom and were looking for a new foundation to make their cornerstone.

Allen Orellana’s passion to care for others with their drug and alcohol abuse has shown in the last five years. After 3 years of Individual Counseling, Allen caught the attention of well- known Doctors and Clinicians in the field of Substance Use Disorder. Allen's ability to fully engage in client customer care and professional relationships led him to managing rehab departments, writing policy and procedures for ongoing and start up treatment centers. Allen’s strong relationships have allowed him success in staffing treatment centers with nationwide medical and clinical professionals. His first role in the field was a client driver, and he still gets behind the wheel to get individuals to a safe and sound treatment location. “Helping people, families and anyone who is dealing with alcohol and drug abuse is a part of my mission and purpose in life.” Allen is dedicated to getting individuals the care they need and deserve, as-well as empowering his staff with the necessary tools, motivation and genuine commitment they need to compassionately support clients with their substance abuse problems.
Fernando Quiroz is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor working in the field of Substance Use Disorder as a professional since 2013. Fernando has experience working in the private sector and non-profit populations. His enthusiasm to motivate individuals suffering from alcohol and drug addictions is one of his successful characteristics. Fernando is an experience case manager and trained active listener in the industry of drugs and alcohol abuse. Fernando is caring and a great role model to everyone he serves and serves with.
Mike Angel is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (CADC-I) and has been committed to serving the lives of others since he got clean and sober on June 7th, 2011. He has been working in Substance Abuse Treatment field since 2015. Mike is married with 4 children and is an advocate in the community for those wanting to make better decisions in their life. Mike’s goal for the future is to continue his education in the Substance/Mental Health Field to better serve the those struggling with addiction, in which he has dedicated his career to.
God bless you, my background includes over 9 years of experience working in the Mental Health and Behavioral Healthcare industry. I am married and a proud father of five beautiful daughters ages 20, 19, 14, 3 and 1!!! My journey started off in the Faith Based Recovery Community. I participated in volunteer work and oversite management for a Program Called Victory Outreach Christian Recovery Home for Men in Salinas CA from 2005-2007. I received my formal education from InterCoast College in Riverside C.A., obtaining an Associate in Applied Studies Degree in Alcohol and Drug Counseling. I have been certified and credentialed with The California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP) since 2014. I have received additional formal training in the Johnson’s Model Intervention and am a certified Interventionist through CCAPP. I was a Certified Non-Violence Crisis Intervention (CPI) Instructor from Feb 2016 to Feb 2018. I am currently working on a bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies at Victory Outreach Bible College.
Stephanie T-Johnson is a License Marriage and Family Therapist who received her Bachelor’s degree from The University of California Irvine with a double major in Psychology and Sociology and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Stephanie has worked in the Mental health field for over six years, where she has worked with a broad range of population including children, adolescents, and families. At Branches Recovery Center, Stephanie provides individual, group, and family therapy session. She focuses on person centered and humanistic approach, which focuses on the person as a whole and self-concept. Stephanie believes in building self-worth in all of her clients, and equips them with tools and coping skills to promote long term success in their sobriety journey. Stephanie is also bilingual and bi-cultural, and she has a lot of familiarity with many different cultures.
Ishmael Robles has worked in the recovery profession since 2008. In his time as a professional, Ishmael has held various positions from daily operations to case management. Ishmael himself is in recovery and feels that working in this field has helped him find his undeniable purpose. Ishmael, dedicates his life to helping those that are willing to be teachable, finding their purpose, overcoming barriers, building a clean and sober lifestyle, learning how to have fun in recovery, and fine-tuning their spirituality during the development of the 12 steps. Ishmael’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Phoenix, an Associate’s degree in Substance Abuse Counseling from InterCoast Colleges, a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II, along with an International Certification, with CCAPP. Ishmael’s unique experience and perspective give him an advantage to coach and counsel others that’s enlightening.
